Job Description
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience within FMCG, consumer healthcare, personal care, household products, or related industries.
- Proven experience managing OEM/private label products.
- Strong track record in listing products with major hypermarkets, supermarkets, and pharmacy retailers.
- Established relationships with key modern trade customers in Malaysia.
- Commercially astute with strong negotiation and account management skills.
- Results-driven with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the retail industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of market trends and customer preferences in Sarawak.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for sales management.
- Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Successful onboarding and listing of new products across key retail accounts.
