Responsibilities

• Identifying, planning, controlling production process activities to improve, develop and ensure productivity and quality achieved
• Monitor every aspect of production to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.
• Review and assist process and machine issues in immediate breakdown to achieve production output
• Support continuous improvement activities towards production efficiency and quality
• Daily and weekly reporting of production process result and analysis.
• Support other duties, ad-hoc or/and special tasks assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Requirements

• Graduates with Bachelor Degree of Engineering in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Metallurgy, Material, or equivalent with at least 3 years experience in production or manufacturing environment.
• OR Diploma Holder (as per above engineering background & experience) with more than five years work experience.
• Computer literate and able to write and communicate in English and Bahasa.
• Good attitude, positive minded, self-starter, self-motivated person, independent and good teamwork.
• Possess own transport and willing work in Tanjung Langsat / Pasir Gudang, Johor
