Our mission is to empower scholars to break through systemic constraints and realize their full potential in an inclusive, high-support living-learning environment.

Why Join There?

  • Direct Social Impact: Play a pivotal role in transforming the educational and life trajectories of deserving youth by expanding access to life-changing scholarship opportunities.
  • Pioneering Residential Model: Be an essential voice in building partnerships and community trust for Singapore’s first residential tertiary scholarship ecosystem.
  • Strategic & Operational Influence: Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies—from designing innovative talent-spotting initiatives to build lasting community relationships.
  • Collaborative & Value-Driven Culture: Work alongside a dedicated, passionate team of social service, youth development, and education professionals in a purpose-driven environment.

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and relationship-focused Outreach & Admissions Senior Executive. In this role, you will lead outreach strategies, build pipeline partnerships with educational and community organizations, and oversee the end-to-end scholar admissions and onboarding journey.

If you are a creative strategist with a background in student recruitment, business development, or community engagement—and possess a deep commitment to youth empowerment—we invite you to join our mission.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Outreach & Pipeline Development

  • Partner Engagement: Build and nurture sustainable partnerships with primary/secondary schools, social service agencies, and community organizations to secure a consistent pipeline of prospective scholars.
  • Outreach Campaign Execution: Curate and deliver admissions-focused outreach initiatives, including campus tours, school visits, speaking engagements, and community workshops.
  • Channel Innovation: Design and implement structured recruitment initiatives (e.g., talent-spotter networks) to broaden reach across underrepresented communities.
  • Volunteer Leadership: Mobilize, train, and manage volunteer teams to support ground outreach and event operations.

2. Admissions Management & Scholar Conversion

  • Brand Ambassadorship: Serve as a primary representative of our client's organization, articulating our value proposition effectively to prospective scholars, parents, and community partners.
  • Admissions Oversight: Process inquiries and applications, conduct eligibility assessments, coordinate candidate interviews, and manage admissions documentation.
  • Advisory & Guidance: Guide applicants and families through admissions criteria, residency requirements, program details, and financial support options.
  • Scholars Onboarding: Act as the primary liaison for newly admitted scholars and their families throughout the initial transition and induction period.

3. Data Codification & Reporting

  • Process Optimization: Standardize and codify admissions procedures to ensure seamless data management across applicants, school partners, and community networks.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Track key outreach metrics, analyze recruitment funnel performance, and prepare regular strategic reports for executive management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, Social Sciences, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum 4 years of proven experience in business development, student recruitment, community outreach, or marketing.
  • Key Competencies:

-Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; adept at engaging diverse audiences, families, and community partners.

-Proven track record in project management—able to balance high-level strategy with hands-on event execution.

-Self-driven, resilient, and collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

  • Preferred Experience: Prior experience working within social services, youth work, or engagement with low-income families is highly advantageous.

Application Process
