This is a rapidly growing F&B group that manages the operations of multiple brands such as Torii Teppanyaki, Food District, EatBBQ, Yew Yew Coffee and more.

In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, take orders, prepare food and beverages, operate POS, maintain hygiene, manage inventory, support teamwork, and resolve customer concerns professionally.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience from arrival to departure.
• Accurately take customer orders, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations based on customer preferences and dietary needs.
• Prepare food and beverages according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring freshness and proper presentation.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order entry, payment processing, and accurate cash handling.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving stock, monitoring supplies, and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations, efficient workflow, and timely service during peak hours.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating to management when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Possess 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
• Proficient in food preparation techniques and maintaining high standards of quality.
• Experience with cash handling and operating Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations is essential.
• Familiarity with basic inventory management and stock control procedures.
• Strong order-taking skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with good communication skills.
• Applicable to Malaysians citizen only.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
