Job Description:

Business Development (70%)

• Support the development and execution of sales strategies to acquire new corporate clients

• Build and maintain a sales pipeline through prospecting, referrals, and market research

• Assist in preparing proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations

• Develop and communicate value propositions tailored to client needs

• Conduct client meetings and follow-ups with guidance from senior team members

• Maintain accurate updates of opportunities and activities in CRM systems

• Support the achievement of sales targets and business growth objectives

Account Management (30%)

• Support the day-to-day management of assigned client accounts

• Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders

• Assist in preparing reports, business reviews, and performance updates

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within accounts

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery

• Support issue resolution and manage client escalations in a timely manner
  

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management

• Experience in the travel industry or B2B service environment is preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable engaging clients and presenting solutions

• Basic understanding of sales processes and pipeline management

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools

• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn

• Strong organisational and time management skills
