Full Stack Developer (NodeJS/ReactJS/AWS)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in NodeJS, ReactJS, and AWS to join our growing Software Engineering team.

The role will work closely with Back-End, Front-End, Design, and Product Development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality products. The ideal candidate should have strong back-end development experience while being comfortable working across the full stack and contributing to technical solutioning and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Back-End, Front-End, Design, and Product teams to ensure successful delivery of development sprints.
• Participate in solution design, technical planning, and product development.
• Plan and coordinate front-end and back-end development activities.
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain scalable back-end systems.
• Develop and maintain web applications using NodeJS and ReactJS.
• Ensure codebases and components are secure, reusable, maintainable, and aligned with industry standards.
• Optimise applications and back-end services for performance, scalability, and responsiveness across different devices and screens.
• Conduct research and development (R&D) and introduce new features to improve user experience.
• Perform regular code reviews and maintain development standards.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support efficient end-to-end deployment.
• Participate in and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Mentor and support team members while promoting good engineering practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, architecture, and technical solutions.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in Back-End Development, with Front-End experience being an advantage.
• Strong hands-on experience with NodeJS and ExpressJS.
• Good experience with ReactJS and modern front-end development.
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services, particularly:
• API Gateway
• DynamoDB
• Kubernetes
• Other relevant AWS services
• Good understanding of cloud architecture, scalability, and distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Solid experience with CI/CD and automated deployment pipelines.
• Strong proficiency in Git and version control practices.
• Experience with unit testing and integration testing.
• Good understanding of coding standards, documentation, reusable components, and secure development practices.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience participating in or conducting Scrum ceremonies.
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working collaboratively in multi-cultural and cross-functional teams.
• Passionate about exploring new technologies and developing innovative solutions.
