Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for enterprise applications, including SAP S/4HANA, Freshdesk, Servigistics and Microsoft 365.

• Troubleshoot application issues, manage user access and coordinate with vendors for technical support.

• Monitor application performance and recommend system improvements.

• Support data extraction, reporting and dashboard maintenance using Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SQL.

• Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications and project documentation.

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system implementations and end-user training.

• Manage small-scale IT projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

• Maintain system documentation, SOPs and IT support ticket records.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in related IT Experience, preferably in Enterprise Application Support
• Hands-on experience in ITSM Tools, Sharepoint and SAP Analytic Cloud or Power BI
• Knowledge in SQL Queries, reporting tools and system troubleshooting
