Kosh Consulting Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Consulting Intern to support our talent assessment and leadership consulting projects. The ideal candidate will be pursuing or have recently completed a bachelor’s degree and possess strong organisational, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills. A background in psychology is advantageous but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with administering cognitive ability tests, personality questionnaires, and other talent assessments.
• Support the planning, coordination, and smooth execution of interviews and large-scale talent assessment initiatives such as assessment centres.
• Prepare assessment materials and communicate schedules, instructions, and requirements to candidates and interviewers.
• Compile assessment results, maintain accurate candidate records, and assist with data analysis and reporting.
• Support assessment design, project documentation, and selected HR technology product development activities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple commitments.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with statistical analysis or test design is advantageous but not required.
• Proactive team player with an interest in talent assessment, leadership development, HR consulting, or HR technology.
