RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in handling shipment and all related matters

DUTIES

• Prepare forwarding operation submissions (K1, K2, K3, K8, K9)
• Ensure documentation is complete, billing is on time, and compliance with ISO audit and SOP requirements
• Provide customer service to meet client requirements
• Monitor and update shipment status regularly to avoid additional charges
• Prepare daily dashboards for customers and customs reports as required
• Follow up on container movements during and after working hours
• Promote paperless processes and digitalization
• Achieve team and company KPIs, and prepare KAIZEN initiatives for improvement
• Implement 3R practices (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) within PKT Group of Companies

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
