About Leukemia & Lymphoma Foundation
Leukemia & Lymphoma Foundation (LLF) is an Institution of a Public Character (IPC) and Singapore’s only non-profit organisation dedicated exclusively to supporting individuals affected by blood cancers.
LLF supports people affected by leukaemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma and other blood cancers through financial assistance, psychosocial support, counselling, peer support and community programmes.
As LLF continues to grow its services, partnerships and public profile, we are looking for a
Fundraising Executive– Philanthropy & Partnerships
to strengthen our fundraising and partnership development efforts.
The Role
The Fundraising Executive – Philanthropy & Partnerships will support LLF’s fundraising strategy by developing and nurturing relationships with donors, corporates, foundations and community partners.
The role combines fundraising, partnership development, donor engagement and proposal development, with a strong emphasis on building meaningful, long-term relationships rather than transactional fundraising.
You will work closely with the CEO and Operations team to identify opportunities, develop funding proposals, engage prospective partners and ensure that existing donors and partners receive a high level of stewardship.
Key Responsibilities
1.Philanthropy & Donor Development
Identify and develop relationships with prospective individual, corporate and philanthropic donors.
Support the development of a pipeline of prospective donors and funding opportunities.
Conduct research on potential donors, foundations, corporations and grant opportunities.
Prepare donor profiles, briefing materials, proposals and presentations.
Support the CEO and senior management in donor meetings, presentations and engagement activities.
Maintain regular communication and follow-up with prospective and existing donors.
Support donor stewardship activities, including appreciation, updates and impact reporting.
Ensure donor information, engagement records and follow-up actions are accurately maintained.
2.Corporate & Strategic Partnerships
Identify and develop corporate partnership opportunities aligned with LLF’s mission and programmes.
Build relationships with corporate partners and understand their CSR, ESG, community investment and employee engagement priorities.
Develop partnership proposals and sponsorship packages tailored to prospective partners.
Coordinate partnership discussions, proposals, agreements and deliverables.
Work with internal teams to ensure that partnership commitments are properly delivered and documented.
Identify opportunities for longer-term strategic partnerships beyond one-off sponsorships.
3. Grants& Funding Proposals
Research and identify relevant grants, foundations and institutional funding opportunities.
Develop and coordinate grant applications, funding proposals and supporting documents.
Work with Programme & Services colleagues to translate programme outcomes and impact into compelling funding proposals.
Monitor grant timelines, reporting requirements and deliverables.
Prepare interim and final reports for funders, where required.
Maintain an organised calendar of grant applications, submissions and reporting deadlines.
4.Fundraising Campaigns & Initiatives
Support the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns and initiatives.
Work with internal teams and external partners on donor engagement activities, appeals and campaigns.
Work with Commumication colleagues to develop fundraising materials, donor communications and campaign content.
Track campaign performance and provide regular updates and analysis.
Support LLF’s major fundraising and anniversary initiatives, including corporate and philanthropic engagement.
5. Donor Stewardship & Impact Communication
Develop compelling ways to communicate LLF’s impact to donors and partners.
Coordinate impact updates, donor reports, appreciation communications and other stewardship materials.
Work with the Programme & Services team to gather appropriate programme outcomes, stories and impact information.
Ensure communications are accurate, respectful and aligned with LLF’s values and confidentiality requirements.
6.Fundraising Administration & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of donor and partnership activities in LLF’s donor management system.
Track fundraising income, pledges, proposals, sponsorships and partnership deliverables.
Prepare regular fundraising pipeline and activity reports for management.
Ensure fundraising activities comply with relevant regulatory, governance and internal requirements.
Support the preparation of fundraising reports and materials for management and Board reporting.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Fundraising, Non-profit Management or a related discipline.
2–4 years of relevant experience in fundraising, business development, partnerships, corporate relations (relationship manager), sales, marketing or the non-profit sector.
Experience in corporate partnerships, philanthropy, sponsorship or grant fundraising will be an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear and compelling proposals.
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging donors, corporate representatives and external stakeholders.
Good organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Commercial awareness and the ability to understand the needs and objectives of potential partners.
Comfortable conducting research, preparing presentations and developing proposals independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
A genuine interest in the social service and healthcare sector and a commitment to LLF’s mission.

We work closely with the doctors and transplant teams in Singapore hospitals to provide financial and counselling support to people affected by blood cancers like leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma etc.
