**Job Description**
• Dishwashing efficiently to clean plates, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen utensils to the highest hygiene standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dishwashing area, including proper storage of cleaned items
• Support kitchen staff by ensuring continuous availability of clean kitchen and items especially during service periods
• Dispose of waste appropriately and assist with basic kitchen cleaning duties as required

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands of the role
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining hygiene standards
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including 1 Saturday and public holidays
