Job Scope:

* Handle counter enquiries and provide information to court users on court processes
* Receive applications for court records/appeals at the counters and verify that the court documents submitted are properly filed
* Participate in initiatives to strengthen touchpoint-centric service design and explore innovations that enhance service experience
* Provide suggestions to improve service quality and processes to enhance court users’ service experience.

Requirements:

* Experience in a people-facing role from the service or hospitality industry would be an advantage
* Good oral and written communication skills
* Prior experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system would be an advantage
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications (in particular, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
