• Manage cashier counter and process customer payments accurately.
• Operate the POS system and record all sales transactions correctly.
• Accept cash, credit/debit cards, QR payments and other approved payment methods.
• Check customer orders and ensure the correct items and prices are entered.
• Issue receipts and provide change accurately.
• Maintain sufficient cash float and perform cash counting at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Assist customers with enquiries and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Handle discounts, promotions and vouchers according to company procedures.
• Ensure the cashier counter and surrounding area are clean and organized.
• Report cash discrepancies, payment issues or POS problems to the supervisor.
• Assist the restaurant team during peak hours when required.
• Follow company SOPs, cash-handling procedures and hygiene standards.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of cashier or customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in the F&B or restaurant industry is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to perform basic calculations accurately.
• Honest, responsible and trustworthy.
• Able to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Neat, well-groomed and presentable.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Positive attitude and willing to learn.
• Able to follow instructions and company procedures.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
