started off in 2011 as a building and civil engineering firm carrying out sub-contracting work for mainly contractors such as JJ & TH Holdings , Expand Construction. During these initial years, we successfully completed some prestigious projects including erection joss paper burner(Client Kong Meng San Phor Kark See), retrofitting work to existing suspended ceiling, Architecture wet work, erection of 5th Block of Apartment.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project team
- Monitor project progress, schedule, and quality of work
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site requirements
- Prepare site reports, method statements, and documentation
- Resolve site issues and provide practical technical solutions
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant site experience (fresh graduates may apply)
- Familiar with construction drawings and site coordination
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
