We are seeking an experienced and technically competent Master Dental Technician to join our dental technical team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for advanced dental laboratory work, handling complex cases and providing technical support and guidance to other dental technicians.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform advanced dental laboratory procedures involving prosthetic, restorative, implant-related and aesthetic dental work.
• Fabricate, modify, repair and finish dental prostheses, restorations and appliances according to dentists' prescriptions and technical requirements.
• Independently manage assigned complex dental cases.
• Review case requirements and identify potential technical issues before commencing work.
• Provide appropriate technical solutions for challenging cases.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy, fit, function, occlusion, aesthetics and workmanship.

· Coordinate with dentists and clinical personnel regarding technical requirements and case modifications.

· Provide technical guidance and support to Dental Technicians and junior technical staff.

• Assist in training and mentoring less experienced technicians.
• Utilise relevant CAD/CAM, digital scanning, 3D printing and other digital dental technologies, where applicable.
• Monitor assigned cases and ensure completion within the required turnaround time.
• Assist in maintaining technical standards, laboratory SOPs and quality-control procedures.
• Identify technical and operational improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Escalate highly complex or unusual cases to the Senior Master Dental Technician when required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Min a Diploma in relevant qualification and field.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant dental technology/laboratory experience, preferably with experience in complex dental cases.
• Good practical experience in dental prosthetic, restorative and/or implant-related work.
• Strong understanding of dental materials, laboratory techniques and quality-control procedures.
• Experience with CAD/CAM and digital dentistry will be an advantage.
• Ability to independently handle advanced and complex dental laboratory cases.
• Good technical problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to guide and mentor junior dental technicians.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Candidates with international dental laboratory experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
