What The Role Is

You will oversee the enforcement of Building & Infrastructure (BI) standards and policies, and govern the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

What You Will Be Working On

  • Perform inspections on units and contractors
  • Audit IFM contractor safety for high-risk works
  • Ensure units follow up on inspection and audit findings
  • Develop and review processes to check and track KPI and SLA obligations
  • Advise on proactive measures for BI-related matters

    Challenge(s)
  • Managing stakeholders across different units, IFM contractors, and external agencies during the conduct of inspections
  • Ability to validate and sense-make data into meaningful information and actionable follow-ups

What We Are Looking For

  • Education in Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, Built Environment, Supply Chain, Logistics Management, Operations Research, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management, auditing, inspections, or compliance is preferred
  • Strong understanding of IFM principles, including building maintenance, asset management, and estate operations
  • Knowledge of auditing methodologies
  • Proficiency in using data to identify trends and performance gaps
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders
