The Graphic Designer – Lifestyle Portfolio develops visual communications and creative assets for lifestyle-led portfolios across Fairmont Singapore and Swissôtel The Stamford, with emphasis on selected restaurant and bar brands, PR-led campaigns, IP collaborations, social and digital assets, in-house promotions and guest-facing materials. The role supports the Marketing Communications team by translating campaign briefs into brand-aligned, commercially effective creative across print and digital channels.
Responsibilities
CREATIVE DESIGN & BRAND CONSISTENCY
- Design and adapt creative assets for hotel, F&B, lifestyle, spa, events, partnerships and internal stakeholder requirements across print, digital and in-house channels.
- Ensure all artwork follows Fairmont, Swissôtel, Accor, restaurant brand and partner/IP guidelines, including typography, logo usage, imagery, layout, colour treatment and tone.
- Develop visual concepts, layout directions, campaign key visuals, digital assets, menus, posters, social templates, display materials, EDM visuals, website banners and presentation assets.
- Support visual storytelling for PR-led campaigns, lifestyle collaborations, restaurant launches, guest activations and special events.
- Maintain strong version control, file organisation and artwork archiving practices.
LIFESTYLE, F&B & PUBLIC RELATIONS CAMPAIGN SUPPORT
- Provide creative support for assigned lifestyle and F&B portfolios, particularly restaurant and bar campaigns, culinary events, collaborations, festive promotions and media-led initiatives.
- Develop mood boards, design references and visual directions to support photography, videography and campaign concepts.
- Work closely with Marketing Communications leads to interpret briefs, clarify objectives and recommend effective creative solutions.
- Adapt approved campaign visuals across multiple formats and dimensions for digital screens, social media, websites, email banners, in-house displays and printed collateral.
- Support quick-turnaround artwork requirements while maintaining brand quality and accuracy.
PRODUCTION, ARTWORK & VENDOR COORDINATION
- Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files according to supplier specifications, platform requirements and internal production standards.
- Coordinate with printers, production vendors, photographers and internal stakeholders on artwork specifications, proofs, colour checks and delivery timelines.
- Review proofs and final outputs to ensure quality, accuracy and brand compliance before production or publishing.
- Maintain knowledge of design, hospitality, F&B, social media and digital content trends to keep creative output fresh and relevant.
TEAM COLLABORATION & WORKFLOW
- Work collaboratively with the Director, Assistant Manager, Senior Executive, Coordinator and fellow Graphic Designer to manage workload, priorities and design handovers.
- Participate in creative discussions and provide design recommendations that balance brand requirements, guest appeal, readability and production practicality.
- Support maintenance of creative templates, editable files, asset banks and approved design systems.
OTHERS
- Comply with hotel and department policies and procedures at all times.
- Perform any other design-related duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4–5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, F&B, retail, FMCG, luxury or creative agency environments.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop; motion graphics or video editing skills are an advantage.
- AI-enabled designer with the ability to leverage relevant AI tools and technologies to enhance creative workflows and efficiency.
- Strong understanding of design principles including layout, typography, colour, visual hierarchy, image selection and brand guidelines.
- Proven ability to develop creative assets across print and digital channels, including social media, web banners, EDMs, menus, posters, sales materials and event collateral.
- Excellent attention to detail, file management and ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interpret creative briefs and work effectively with marketers, business units and external suppliers.
- Creative, adaptable and service-oriented, with a strong interest in hospitality, lifestyle and dining.
- Good command of spoken and written English; proficiency in a second language is an advantage.
