Job Description

1. To operate overall CNC machine & Name Plate machine

2. To do cutting plan arrangement via CNC software as instructed.

3. Responsible to take care of CNC machine and Name Plate machine

4. To cooperate with other discipline in performing of technical task using the mechanical tools.

5. To involve and arrange for monitoring, finishing, wrapping, packing process and delivery the complete products.

6. Assist team leader to move all materials from storage area to working area and provide tagging and labels for item or material taken.

7. To monitor the readiness of machineries and tools in CNC & Name Plate section.

8. Ensure effective implementation of all procedures related to ensure safe working atmosphere for employees.

9. To ensure that every plate brought into the CNC section is accompanied by a stock card and properly labeled before processing.

10. To review and verify engineering drawings before the cutting process is carried out.

11. To prepare and update daily and weekly CNC Laser production records.

12. Any other task as required by Team Leader, HOD and management

Job Requirement

1. Certificate in metal fabrication / designer or equivalent

2. Able to conduct CNC machine

3. Able to operate and understand using design software

4. Can understanding of the measurement, tolerances, basic geometry on product and part

5. Able to communicate with other people.

6. Time management, Good communication skills
