Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a friendly, professional and responsible Beautician to join our team at De Vitality Clinic.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality beauty and aesthetic-related services while ensuring patients receive a comfortable and professional experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform facial treatments and basic aesthetic beauty procedures according to clinic SOP.
• Assist doctors during selected aesthetic treatments when required.
• Conduct basic skin assessments and understand customers’ beauty concerns.
• Recommend suitable treatments and skincare products based on customer needs.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment and products before each procedure.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and proper sanitisation of treatment areas and equipment.
• Provide good customer service and ensure patients feel comfortable throughout their visit.
• Explain treatment procedures, aftercare and basic skincare recommendations clearly.
• Follow up with customers after treatments when required.
• Assist with appointment coordination and customer enquiries.
• Maintain proper treatment records and update customer information.
• Support clinic promotions, packages and product recommendations.
• Assist in taking suitable treatment photos or content for clinic marketing when required and with appropriate consent.
• Maintain professional appearance and behaviour at all times.
• Work closely with doctors, clinic assistants and the management team.
• Carry out other clinic-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetic, Cosmetology or related field is preferred.
• Candidates with relevant beautician or aesthetic clinic experience will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with suitable beauty qualifications are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, presentable, responsible and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of skincare and facial treatments is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a clinic environment.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Additional languages are an advantage.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM4,999.00 per month
