We are hiring Assembly Technicians to support daily manufacturing and assembly activities at a manufacturing facility in Bayan Lepas, Penang.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and installation of components according to company SOP and work instructions.
• Operate basic production tools and equipment used in the assembly process.
• Inspect assembled products to ensure they meet required quality standards.
• Perform visual inspection and identify any defects or irregularities.
• Follow production procedures, work instructions and quality requirements.
• Ensure assembled products are properly handled, arranged and prepared for the next production process.
• Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards at the workstation.
• Follow company safety rules and manufacturing procedures.
• Report any quality, production or equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Complete production tasks according to daily production targets and requirements.

Requirements

• Malaysian citizen.
• Minimum SPM / SKM or equivalent.
• Fresh candidates are welcome.
• No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
• Willing to work on day and night shifts.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to perform standing work and repetitive tasks.
• Able to follow SOP, work instructions and safety procedures.
• Responsible, disciplined and able to work well in a team.
• Good attention to detail is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday.
• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
• Willing to work according to assigned shift schedule.

Salary

• Basic salary: RM2,200 per month.
• Position allowance: RM15 per day.
• Attendance allowance: RM25 per week.
• Night shift allowance: RM5 per day.
• Transportation allowance: RM5 per day.
• Overtime is available according to operational requirements.
• Monthly earnings may reach RM3,500+ depending on attendance, allowances, shift and overtime.
