Job Summary
Assess loan applications and deliver compliant credit solutions while supporting customer financial needs and business operations in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Evaluate loan applications by analyzing applicant creditworthiness to determine loan eligibility
Gather and review financial data to design appropriate loan structures and repayment plans
Communicate clearly with customers to identify their financial needs and recommend suitable loan products
Explain loan agreements and finalize contracts ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards
Develop and sustain positive customer relationships to enhance client retention and satisfaction
Collaborate effectively with team members to support daily credit services operations and achieve business goals
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience in customer service, loans, credit, or financial services to enhance decision-making and customer interactions
Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage customers professionally
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented approach to managing loan processes and documentation

Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM
