Job Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Support
Support the Sales Team in understanding customer requirements and technical needs.
Conduct site surveys and technical assessments.
Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, bill of materials (BOM), and system architecture diagrams.
Review customer specifications and tender requirements.
Provide technical clarifications and participate in customer meetings and presentations.
Liaise with vendors and manufacturers for solution design and product selection.
Project Coordination & Delivery
Coordinate project activities from planning through implementation and handover.
Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Attend project meetings and provide project updates.
Track project actions, risks, and issues to ensure timely resolution.
Prepare project documentation, reports, and handover documents.
Deployment & Commissioning
Perform installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of systems.
Support onsite deployment and migration activities.
Conduct system integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation.
Conduct customer training and system handover.
Technical Support
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support.
Investigate and resolve customer-reported technical issues.
Manage support tickets and ensure compliance with service response commitments.
Escalate complex cases to vendors and manufacturers where necessary.
Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Support preventive maintenance and system health checks.
Job Requirements
Education
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
Experience
2 to 5 years of experience in technical support, project implementation, systems engineering, or infrastructure solutions.
Experience in customer-facing technical roles is preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude and positive attitude are welcome to apply.
Technical Skills
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN).
Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating environments.
Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and architecture diagrams.
Experience in system deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of DCIM, Environmental Monitoring Systems, UPS, PDU, Power Monitoring, IoT, or Data Centre Infrastructure solutions is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Visio, or diagramming tools is an advantage.
Soft Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with a professional and service-minded attitude.
Good presentation and technical documentation skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
