Job description:

Special Requirement:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a retail leadership role (e.g., Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Boutique Manager, or equivalent).
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a retail team.
• Strong sales and customer service mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage daily boutique operations, including inventory, staffing, and operational standards.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in the fashion, beauty, luxury, or lifestyle retail industry will be an added advantage.

Specific Duties To Be Performed:

• Serve customer
• Ensure cleanliness or housekeeping
• Arrange product accordingly
• Manage daily report
• Stock check
• Manage retail assistants

Education:

• Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma
