Key Responsibilities,
Create and maintain detailed 3D BIM models and 2D shop drawings for architectural, structural, or MEP services.
Review and fix design conflicts between different building trades using tools like Autodesk Navisworks.
Work with architects, project managers, and engineers to meet project schedules and standards
Ensure all models and documentation follow local authority codes and submission guidelines.
Update final digital assets and compile as-built records upon project completion.
Job Requirements
Education:
Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Services, or a related technical field.
Software Skills:
High proficiency in tools like Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
Industry Experience:
Usually 2 to 5+ years working in the construction or engineering sector.
Communication:
Good team player with strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
