Job Summary

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Brand Coordinator to support brand management, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills and an interest in retail marketing and brand development.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of brand campaigns and marketing activities.
• Coordinate campaign schedules, marketing materials, and deliverables.
• Work with internal teams, agencies, suppliers, and external partners.
• Assist with promotional materials and marketing communications.
• Ensure brand content and materials are accurate and consistent.
• Coordinate promotional activities across retail stores and digital channels.
• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign trackers, and documentation.
• Assist with market research and competitor monitoring.
• Collect campaign results and assist with post-campaign reports.
• Support the marketing team with administrative and ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand coordination, or a similar role is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience may also apply.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work with different teams.
• Positive, responsible, and willing to learn.
