What You’ll Be Doing

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics activities based on production and delivery schedules.

• Work closely with warehouse, production, and procurement teams to ensure smooth stock movement and availability.

• Arrange transportation with transporters and logistics partners, and handle delivery issues or urgent requests.

• Track all shipments and provide timely updates to internal teams and customers.

• Monitor logistics costs, support cost analysis, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics planning or supply chain operations.

• Good knowledge of transport planning, warehouse operations, and inventory control.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/logistics systems.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
