Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate scheduling and calendar planning for virtual and physical events including career fairs, client events, and engagement sessions
• Manage communications with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth event coordination
• Maintain organised digital and physical documentation for event planning and records
• Support end-to-end event execution from concept planning through to on-site delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver events aligned with brand objectives
• Coordinate event logistics including venue booking, catering, virtual platforms, and technical support
• Prepare event agendas, record meeting notes, and follow up on action items
• Compile post-event summaries and insights to evaluate event performance and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong interest in event trends, branding, and experiential marketing
• Collaborative team player with a positive, hands-on attitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply — training will be provided

Pay: $3,600.00 - $4,600.00 per month
