About the role

You will be the key driver of the organization's Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP); Master Production Scheduling (MPS) processes and Key Raw Materials Planning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the order fulfillment process timely and accurately from order entry, administration, delivery and shipping through to invoicing

• Resolve issues arising from operations and requiring coordination cross-functionally

• Implement continuous improvement across supply chain function and integration with midstream

• Define Key Results Areas clearly and roles for supply chain and customer service members

• Develop robust forecast process in coordination with Sales

• Secure cost effective, reliable and quality service from key suppliers

• Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments of suppliers

• Develop sourcing strategy for all necessary materials and accessories

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistic Management or related field

• At least 5 years supply chain related working experience

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively

• Positive mindset and able to work under tight deadlines in fast-paced environment
