JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage your shift team and ensure operational excellence during daily shifts.
• Assist the Outlet Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the outlet.
• Coach and monitor your team’s performance during each shift.
• Provide feedback and share ideas to improve the overall monthly sales of the outlet.
• Perform any other tasks required to ensure operational excellence of the outlet.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in retail or F&B.
• Experience as a Shift Manager, Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar role is preferred.
• Experience in managing and coaching a team.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
