Tanggungjawab

  • Assist in month end closing
  • Assistance and correspondence with clients
  • Assisting Sales Team
  • Quotations for enquiries
  • Purchasing of office supplies – stationery and pantry
  • Generating and processing of purchases, deliveries, invoices, Service Report checking and posting of invoices.
  • Prepare suppliers payments
  • Check customers outstanding balance and send SOA on monthly basis
  • Maintain inventory record
  • Submission of GST to IRAS
  • Prepare calculation of monthly payroll & E-Time
  • Process medical insurance and WICA claims
  • Oversee office administative tasks
  • Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned
