Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist pet owners with professionalism and empathy.
• Manage appointments, registrations, and client enquiries.
• Coordinate patient flow and support daily clinic operations.
• Handle billing, payments, and daily cashier closing.
• Assist with veterinary medication dispensing under veterinarian supervision.
• Manage prescription diets, veterinary products, and pharmacy inventory.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and inventory replenishment.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinic documentation.
• Support sales of veterinary products and promote preventive pet healthcare.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient clinic environment.

Requirements

• Diploma in Pharmacy or a related healthcare field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with pharmacy, healthcare, retail pharmacy, or medication handling experience are welcome.
• Experience in a veterinary clinic or working with animals is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literate and able to multitask effectively.
• Passionate about animal welfare and enjoys working with pets and pet owners.
• Able to work at Pandan Indah, Selangor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
