What You'll Do:
As a
Project Executive (ACMV)
, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of ACMV projects from planning through commissioning. Your responsibilities include:
Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to develop project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
Lead and supervise teams of supervisors, foremen, and workers to ensure the smooth execution of ACMV projects.
Manage and coordinate all aspects of assigned ACMV projects, including procurement, subcontractor management, quality control, and safety compliance.
Coordinate closely with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure timely project progress and effective communication.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications.
Allocate manpower, materials, equipment, and other project resources efficiently to optimise project performance.
Identify and resolve site issues proactively to minimise delays and ensure successful project delivery.
Oversee project logistics, scheduling, and deployment of manpower and tools.
Develop and mentor team members by promoting discipline, workplace safety, continuous learning, and skills development.
Keep up to date with industry developments, best practices, and advancements in ACMV/HVAC technologies.
Who We Are Looking For:
At least 5 years of relevant experience in ACMV project execution, including ductwork installation, site supervision, and coordination of ACMV/HVAC projects.
Comprehensive knowledge of ACMV/HVAC systems, including installation methods, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Experience coordinating with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Relevant construction-related certifications (e.g. Workplace Safety and Health, M&E) will be an advantage.
Familiarity with Autodesk Revit or other BIM-related software will be an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Detail-oriented with a proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications.
Able to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment while adapting to changing project requirements.

Established in 1975, Winner Engineering Pte Ltd has grown into one of Singapore's most reputable mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering contractors, delivering high-quality, reliable, and cost-effective solutions across a wide range of projects in the built environment.
To meet growing industry demands, we expanded our operations over the years—first in 2002 to a 6,628 sqft facility at 38 Woodlands Industrial Park E1, and later in 2013 to our current premises at 18 Woodlands Industrial Park E1. Our 12,000 sqft facility, supported by a 7,000 sqft compound, houses an in-house dormitory, enhanced workshop fabrication capabilities, and expanded office space for our growing team.
From humble beginnings with fewer than 20 employees, Winner Engineering has grown into a team of over 100 skilled professionals. Our in-house specialized teams manage duct fabrication and installation, chilled water systems, electrical engineering, as well as comprehensive maintenance and servicing.
In October 2019, Winner Engineering became part of Exeo Global, the overseas headquarters of Kyowa Exeo Corporation, Japan. This strategic acquisition has enhanced our capabilities, allowing us to leverage Exeo’s extensive global expertise, resources, and technology.
As the industry accelerates adoption of Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) and Prefab MEP solutions, Winner Engineering has positioned itself at the forefront of this transformation.
