Roles & Responsibilities

Accounts Assistant roles and Responsibilities include providing accounting support to ensure efficient operations in the Company.

Job Responsibilities:

· Co-ordinate the verification and approval of purchase invoices and staff reimbursements

· Record supplier invoices and staff reimbursements in accounting system

· Prepare payment of supplier invoices

· Assist in month end closing and preparation of monthly management reports

· Follow up on outstanding customer invoices with parents and other debtors

· Assist in the annual financial audit

· All other ad-hoc duties assigned

· Responsible in accounts payable, accounts receivable and inventory duties

· Issue invoice and delivery order to customers

· Maintain inventory records, input of stock items in Accounts system.

· Assist in month-end closing.

· Update daily cash flow.

· Assist in other adhoc duties in the accounting department

· Assist in administrative work

· Working hours: Monday to Saturday (8.30am to 5.30pm) with Alternate Saturday off

Job Requirement:

· A team player with good communication skills

· Self-motivated and takes initiative to inquire on finance related matters with internal departments and external vendors

· Possess a relevant Diploma or Professional qualification in Accounting

· 5.5 day work week

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
