An Outlet Manager for a premium Nasi Lemak Kukus , handles everything from kitchen workflow to customer satisfaction.

Dual Job Responsibilities

1. TikTok Live Operations & Hosting (The "Cum Live" Scope)

• On-Camera Hosting: Act as the primary face and voice on TikTok Live, engaging directly with foodies, answering questions, and building community hype. [
• Live Commerce Sales: Pitch real-time promotions, voucher drops, combo sets, and event catering options to convert live viewers into paying customers.
• Livestream Optimization: Plan the scheduling, visual setup, lighting, and product selection for each live session to maximize watch time and viewer retention.
• Trend Hooking: Rapidly adopt viral TikTok sounds, regional challenges, and street-food presentation styles to pull organic algorithmic traffic into the livestreams.

2. Marketing Management & Strategy

• Campaign & Promo Execution: Structure and manage broader multi-channel digital campaigns to continuously push foot traffic to physical outlets like Mid Valley Megamall or Central i-City.
• Team & Agency Leadership: Lead a compact creative team consisting of content creators, videographers, and graphic designers, translating live analytics into creative briefs.
• Local Store Marketing (LSM): Coordinate localized opening events, influencer drop-ins, and menu launch campaigns tailored specifically to Malaysian consumer behavior.
• Data-Driven Analysis: Track conversion rates, gross merchandise value (GMV) from digital vouchers, and general social engagement metrics to report directly to upper management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
