Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) – Data Centre, Cyberjaya

Purnama Solution (M) Sdn. Bhd. is hiring experienced Site Safety Supervisors (SSS) for an active Data Centre project in Cyberjaya.

IMPORTANT: Applicants MUST possess a valid DOSH/JKKP Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) Yellow Book / valid SSS registration. Candidates without a valid Yellow Book will not be considered.

Salary & Allowances

• Basic Salary: RM5,500 per month
• Daily Site Allowance: RM100 per actual working day ( Full 12 Hours Shifts)
• Sunday Site Allowance: RM150 per actual working Sunday
• Additional project/shift arrangements may apply where required

Working Arrangement

• Location: Cyberjaya, Selangor
• 12-hour site shifts. Day and Night
• Project operates Monday to Sunday
• Work according to project roster with scheduled rest days
• Must be willing to work weekends, night shifts and public holidays when required

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce all site safety requirements and client HSE procedures.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
• Monitor Permit-to-Work (PTW) requirements.
• Ensure proper PPE compliance by all personnel.
• Monitor Working at Height activities.
• Monitor scissor lift, boom lift and MEWP activities.
• Monitor fibre cable pulling, cable tray/basket installation and associated Data Centre works.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safe work areas.
• Review and enforce Risk Assessments, JSA, Method Statements and Safe Work Procedures.
• Monitor lifting activities and coordinate with relevant lifting personnel.
• Identify unsafe acts and conditions and ensure immediate corrective action.
• Prepare daily safety reports, inspection records and safety documentation.
• Report and assist in investigating incidents, near misses and safety violations.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Supervisors, Safety Team, main contractor and client representatives.
• Attend site/client safety meetings when required.
• Maintain a strong and disciplined safety culture throughout the project.

Mandatory Requirements

• Valid DOSH/JKKP Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) Yellow Book / registration – MANDATORY
• Valid CIDB card
• Minimum 2 years' relevant site safety experience preferred
• Able to work 12-hour shifts according to project roster
• Able to work in Cyberjaya
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Able to prepare daily safety documentation and reports
• Hands-on and willing to be actively present on site
• Immediate or short-notice availability preferred

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in the following will be given preference:

• Data Centre / Hyperscale Data Centre projects
• Fibre optic / structured cabling works
• M&E / ELV works
• Cable pulling and containment installation
• Working at Height
• MEWP / scissor lift / boom lift operations
• Permit-to-Work systems
• Lifting operations
• Large construction manpower environments

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
