Position Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic, service-oriented Retail Associates who enjoy engaging with customers and have a genuine interest in wellness products. You will be responsible for providing attentive service, recommending suitable products and creating a pleasant shopping experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers warmly and provide friendly, professional assistance.
Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products based on their preferences.
Explain product benefits, features and usage clearly and confidently.
Work towards individual and store sales targets through product recommendations, upselling and cross-selling.
Support ongoing sales campaigns, promotions and product launches.
Keep up to date with the full product range, including new arrivals and best-selling items.
Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing store environment.
Replenish stock and ensure merchandise is properly displayed.
Handle customer feedback, enquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Work closely with the team to achieve store targets and improve overall store performance.
Requirements
Previous retail or customer service experience is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Service-oriented, approachable and confident when engaging with customers.
Possesses a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Sales-driven with the ability to recommend products effectively.
Able to work well in a fast-paced retail environment.
Interest in wellness, aromatherapy and natural products.
Comfortable using POS systems and performing basic inventory tasks.
Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Working Hours
5 or 6-day, 44-hour work week between 10am to 10pm, including weekends and public holidays.
