POSITION:
Supervisor Role or Assistant Supervisor Role
Located in Ang Mo Kio or Serangoon (walking distance from MRT)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mentor a team of teachers, highlight their strengths and provide regular feedbacks for professional development.
Collaborate and work closely with parents and teachers to address children's learning needs.
Respond to parents' enquiries and feedbacks
Well acquaint with ECDA CMS through children enrollement and subsidy applications
Aligned Centre's standards and quality with SPARKS requirement
Licensing
To lead a team and report to the centre director/manager
To suport managment team
To be independent and to work closely with the management
To be active in enrollment of children
Conduct frequent meetings with teachers
Passionate, Responsible and Bubbly

QUALIFICATIONS:
Leadership Certificate in early childhood _ Compulsory (ADECL)
ADVANCED DIPLOMA IN EARLY CHILDHOOD LEADERSHIP

At Learning Kidz, we cultivate and promote Kindness and Integrity in everything we do. We are fully committed to nurturing our children and preparing them for the challenges of formal education. Currently, we operate 6 childcare centres and 2 enrichment branches across Singapore with a drive to bring smiles across our little ones' faces everyday. We have 2 infant care services at Ang Mo kio (Mrt) and Tampines (Mrt). We are also under POP and Spark.
