About the Job

Our Client is a technology company building scalable digital platforms and operational systems for global clients. They operate with a strong focus on product excellence, engineering quality, speed of execution, and operational clarity.

As they scale, Our Client is looking for a Product Owner to drive product outcomes in a defined area (e.g. Conversion, Retention, Promotions, Referrals). This role exists to ensure the right problems are being solved, product–market fit is improving, and measurable impact is delivered across multiple markets.

The Product Owner works across Product, Digital Experience (DX), UX Lab, Data, and Engineering to define problems, shape solutions, and drive results. You are responsible for turning business goals into clear product direction and ensuring outcomes are achieved - not just features delivered.

This is a strategic and hands-on role focused on thinking, decision-making, and driving execution through teams.

Remuneration: USD (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

• Own a product outcome (e.g. Conversion / Retention / Promotions / Referrals) and its performance across multiple markets
• Define clear problems, opportunities, and success metrics
• Identify gaps between expected vs actual performance (conversion, retention, revenue)
• Form hypotheses and prioritize highest-impact opportunities
• Shape solution direction (flows, logic, tradeoffs), not detailed execution
• Work with UX Lab to understand user behavior and friction points
• Work with Data/BI to validate insights and measure impact
• Work with DX, FE, QA to improve experience, performance, and quality
• Align product direction with market needs and business goals
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure solutions are executed effectively
• Validate impact and iterate until outcomes are achieved

Requirements

• 5+ years in product, operations, or general management roles
• Proven experience leading multi-function teams
• Experience owning both strategy and execution
• Strong ability to translate business goals into product and data direction
• Experience building teams, setting standards, and scaling systems in a fast-moving environment

How Success Looks Like

• Product decisions consistently drive measurable business impact (retention, conversion, revenue)
• Teams execute with high clarity and speed - priorities are clear, blockers are minimal, delivery is reliable
• Specs, flows, and releases are consistently high quality and production-ready (minimal rework, low ambiguity)
• Product decisions are data-informed by default - metrics are clearly defined, trusted, and actively used
• Gaps between expected vs actual performance are identified early and acted on quickly
• Strong, consistent product and analytics standards are applied across all teams
• Strong collaboration across UX, Data, and Engineering with minimal friction
• Leadership has clear visibility into performance, risks, and opportunities
• Product direction stays aligned with market needs and business goals
