Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day engineering support to production.
• Investigate manufacturing, assembly and product-related technical issues.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Drive product reliability, yield and process improvements.
• Support new product introduction, product changes and qualification activities.
• Lead or support customer-return and product investigations.
• Maintain engineering and technical documentation.
• Support engineering changes and production documentation.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with Production, Quality and Engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace quality and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
• Approximately 3–5 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing / continuous improvement
• Experience with aircraft components, landing gear or mechanical assemblies is a strong advantage.
