About the role

This is a Beauty Therapy position based at one of our centres across KL, PJ, Penang, Melaka, JB, or Kuching. You will perform professional facial and body treatments, conduct skin analysis, and provide excellent customer service in a supportive beauty and aesthetic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform professional facial and body treatments and skin analysis

• Recommend suitable skincare products and treatment plans

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

• Follow up on customers' treatment progress

• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and hygiene standards

• Update customer treatment records accurately

• Participate in company training and product knowledge sessions

About you

• Fresh graduate with Beauty Academy training, Certificate/Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Aesthetics, or relevant internship/training experience

• Experience in beauty, facial, spa, or aesthetic industry is an advantage

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-oriented and passionate about beauty
