Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and confidential personal information records to ensure data integrity and compliance
Liaise with government agencies to facilitate regulatory compliance and timely submissions
Administer workmen compensation claims, MOM reporting, and insurance claims to support employee welfare and legal adherence
Assess employee training and development needs and propose relevant training programs to enhance workforce capabilities
Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations to ensure legal employment status
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support operational needs
