About the role

We are looking for a hands-on HR Specialist to support the HR Manager in managing the full spectrum of HR functions and supervising the day-to-day work of the HR Executive and HR Officer.

Key responsibilities

• Support the HR Manager in full-spectrum HR operations.

• Supervise and guide the HR Executive and HR Officer.

• Support and review payroll, attendance, leave and statutory contributions.

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and HR administration.

• Support disciplinary and Industrial Relations (IR) matters.

• Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act and statutory requirements.

• Maintain accurate HR records, reports and documentation.

• Review and strengthen HR policies, SOPs and internal controls.

• Support HR audits and continuous process improvement.

About you

• Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Management or related discipline.

• Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on HR generalist experience.

• Sound knowledge and hands-on experience in payroll is essential.

• Sound knowledge of the Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act.

• Experience handling the full spectrum of HR functions.

• Able to supervise and guide junior HR team members.

• Meticulous, organised and attentive to details.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in RBA requirements and internal control audits will be an added advantage.

• Construction or engineering industry experience is an added advantage.
