We are hiring 60 Assembly Technicians for a large-scale semiconductor manufacturing operation in Pasir Gudang, Johor.

This limited opportunity is suitable for candidates with hands-on experience in assembly, electronics, electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, automation, equipment manufacturing or production technician work.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM2,200 – RM3,000
• Gross Salary: Up to RM3,500 – RM5,000+ including OT & applicable allowances
• Fixed Transport Allowance: RM300/month
• Meal Card: RM7.70 per working day

Job Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical assembly.
• Assemble components, modules, wiring and pneumatic systems according to work instructions.
• Read and follow engineering drawings, schematics, BOM and assembly instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches and basic measuring equipment.
• Carry out fitting, wiring, alignment and basic assembly-related checks.
• Ensure completed assemblies meet required technical and quality standards.
• Identify and report assembly defects, material issues and non-conformance.
• Update production progress and work completion records.
• Follow ESD, cleanroom, safety and quality procedures.
• Support 5S, Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement activities.

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum SPM, SKM or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related technical field.
• Preferably 1–3 years of working experience in technician, assembly, manufacturing or production environments.
• Candidates from semiconductor, electronics, automation, EMS or equipment manufacturing backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply.
• Hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools or basic measuring equipment is preferred.
• Able to understand basic engineering drawings, schematics or work instructions.
• Good attention to detail and quality.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom / ESD-controlled manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including night shift when required.
• Candidates with approximately 6 months' tenure in their current employment may also be considered.
