Our client is looking for a Clinic Customer Service team member to support front-desk operations, attend to clients and their pets, manage appointments, and ensure a smooth experience throughout the clinic. This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy working with animals and are comfortable in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / O-Level or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply.
• Must love animals and be comfortable around cats and dogs.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Able to multitask and handle busy situations.
• Friendly, patient, and able to deal with challenging customers professionally.
• Comfortable with simple product selling.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Customer Service

• Welcome clients and receive their pets for appointments.
• Attend to customers in person and over the phone.
• Handle basic customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Provide a friendly and helpful experience to clients.

Appointment & Record Management

• Schedule and manage appointments.
• Update customer and clinic records accurately.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks.

Clinic Operations

• Manage the clinic waiting area and maintain cleanliness.
• Support smooth day-to-day front-desk operations.
• Assist with general tasks as required.

Payments & Product Sales

• Process customer payments accurately.
• Promote and sell clinic-related products such as pet food, supplements, and accessories.
• Provide basic product information and assistance to customers.

Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
