Welcome to Group Risk Management
You’ll be part of Enterprise Risk Management, within Group Risk, where you, together with your colleagues, will be responsible for driving initiatives to strengthen the way in which we manage risks through our Enterprise Risk Management Framework. This includes driving the regular reporting to senior management and the Orsted Board of Directors on the risks impacting Ørsted under different scenarios and our assessment of Ørsted’s resilience should these risks materialize. As a team, we work closely with other colleagues from different risk areas supporting each other to develop and learn through a wide variety of tasks.

You’ll play an important role in:

• designing, building, and implementing Enterprise Risk Management scenario analysis, processes, and reporting
• proactively supporting the business and other risk teams in applying the Enterprise Risk Management Framework
• leading the production of the regular reporting on risks to senior management and Orsted Board of Directors
• managing the projects aiming to strengthen the Enterprise Risk Management Framework, incl. driving risk culture initiatives.

To succeed in the role, you:

• hold an academic degree in risk management, engineering, business administration or management, economics, or similar
• are experienced in implementing risk management frameworks and reporting on risks, including carrying out scenario analysis
• demonstrate great stakeholder management and project management skills in order drive initiatives successfully
• have good experience in proactively collaborating with others in different areas of the business to drive initiatives forward
• have strong analytical skills and the ability to work with, exploit, and analyze data
• have excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to tailor approach and present complex information to broad audiences.
