Responsibilities
Develop embedded software and firmware for STM32-based control systems.
Write, test, debug, and maintain firmware in C to support reliable system functionality.
Develop supporting tools, utilities, and scripts using Python to improve development, testing, and troubleshooting efficiency.
Interface software with hardware peripherals and communication protocols, including UART, SPI, I2C, andCAN where applicable.
Debug and troubleshoot embedded system issues across firmware, hardware interface, and system-level operation.
Collaborate closely with hardware, product, and engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Participate in system integration, validation testing, technical documentation, and release support.
Work with Field Service and cross-functional teams to investigate, resolve, and document system issues encountered in the field.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Strong programming skills in C, with hands-on experience in firmware or embedded software development.
Experience with Python programming for scripting, automation, testing, or tool development.
Familiarity with STM32microcontrollers and embedded systems development.
Good understanding of microcontroller peripherals, debugging tools, and embedded development workflows.
Experience with embedded control systems and hardware-software integration.
Knowledge of communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, or CAN.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Good communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
