As the Executive Assistant Manager (AEM) at Amari Kuala Lumpur, you play a key role in aiding the General Manager with business strategy and budgeting. Work closely with divisions and department heads to execute strategic initiatives, ensuring operational success and exceptional guest services by formulating and implementing pertinent policies throughout the hotel.

Responsibilities

• To support the General Manager in overseeing the annual capital budget implementation for relevant departments, ensuring timely and successful achievement of budgetary goals for all items.
• To keep track of and addresses all guest feedback, ensuring that a monthly analysis of guest satisfaction guides essential changes, modifications, and enhancements in the hotel's operations.
• Monitoring and addressing all guest feedback, ensuring that a monthly analysis of guest satisfaction informs crucial changes, modifications, and improvements in the hotel's operations.
• Under the guidance of the General Manager, oversees the day-to-day operations of a designated division and/or departments within the hotel as determined by the General Manager.
• To facilitates efficient communication between the General Manager and all relevant hotel departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel operations within a 5-star hotel setting. Preferably in rooms background.
