Challenges
As a Patient Service Associate at Emergency Department, you will be at the very forefront of operations to support the department in delivering patient care.
As a Patient Service Associate at Emergency Department, you will be at the very forefront of operations to support the department in delivering patient care.
- Patients' and Visitors' registration
- Billing and payment
- Appointment scheduling (handling both in and outbound calls, facsimiles, and emails)
- Observation ward monitoring: Preparing necessary medical documents for doctors' review
- Admission and discharge coordination.
- General Diploma / ITE certificate
- Experience in customer service
- Experience working in highly stressful / Dynamic work environment would be advantageous
- Able to perform 3 rotating shifts on a 6-day work week including weekends and public holidays
- Service-oriented, good team player
- Good in IT Skills
