ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Korean Language Specialist, you will use your Korean language expertise to support business operations, communication, and customer-related activities while ensuring high-quality and accurate language support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide Korean language support for business and operational requirements
- Review, interpret, and manage Korean-language content and communications
- Communicate effectively with Korean-speaking customers and stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and quality in written and verbal communication
- Support customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions when required
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders
- Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism
- Handle assigned tasks efficiently within defined timelines
