ALLU, the leading buying institution of Preloved Luxury Goods from Japan is expanding its business in Malaysia, looking for Call Center / Customer Service candidates with below requirements:

Role Description :

This is a full-time Call Center / Customer Service role at ALLU Malaysia located in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves handling customer support, communication with clients, providing customer service, and managing contact center activities.

Responsibilities :

- Respond promptly to all incoming inquiries through social media (Instagram and Facebook), instant messenger (WhatsApp, Zalo), Email, phone calls, website, and other forms of incoming inquiries

- Respond and clarify customer comments in public domain

- Do the classification for transactional and non-transactional inquiry

- Distribute all transactional inquiries to Concierges and team in order to follow up further with the customer and working closely with Concierges for closing the transactions

- Close loop communication on all the non-transactional inquires and give feedback on how to convert the non-transactional inquiries into transactional inquiries

- Maintain and update daily report

- Actively reach customer to inform any running CRM program

Qualifications :

- Minimum SPM/Diploma, or Degree will be advantageous.

- Excellent personality with good communication & coordination skills

- Good customer handling and maintain customer engagement through CRM program

- Minimum of 1 year working experience in the same field

- Able to work with word processing and spreadsheet software

- Proficiency in English is a must for work coordination with overseas team members

- Full time working in office from Tuesday to Saturday and able to do shift on weekend/public holiday

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
